His Project Management Style

He works on the premise that project management is a universal, innate human skill that we can all learn to use more effectively. He invests holistically in people, his team, and his clients. He builds an ecosystem of collaborative growth between the people he works with and the organization.

Each project varies in itself; and each requires a different strategy for efficient and optimal utilization of resources, winning revenues for the organization, yet not compromising on the commitment and the quality. He is of an opinion that you take care of your team and your clients and the entire ecosystem will take care of your projects and your profits. Do we need anything else?

Project Management is very similar to general life. You expect the best, plan for the worst, and prepare to be surprised.

His Values as a Project Manager

He takes ideas and turns them into strategies that profit users while meeting business objectives. He does this through a Lean project strategy and a structured decision-making process, while not compromising on the basics of human interventions.

Being a leader does not mean to necessarily have all the answers & the right ideas; it is to create a culture where everyone can put their ideas forward and feel that they're valued.
