With his Never Say Die attitude, Himanshu has gained an endless trust and appreciation from his customers that has fueled his path of success all through his professional associations.
Himanshu was given the charge of PM for Automate Next 324 - CardPro configuration using Smart Forms. The project is complicated, large and there are multiple stakeholders involved, both internal and external. The project has recently kicked off and has some initial teething troubles (which is a polite way of saying it is in red/amber status).
Himanshu came in with a great attitude. He was ready to learn and willing to work hard. Right from the start, he has worked to bring himself up to speed on an area where he did not have much experience. He pings me more than any other PM in the portfolio (and that is a great thing because he shares ideas, offers help and even checks in from time to time on items that need to be handled carefully given the relationships we have to manage with external vendors and internal partners within FIS). Himanshu is open to feedback and as you know, that is a quality that is always welcome when we work in a team environment. I am happy to say, so far, Himanshu has exceeded my expectations and I am sure those of my managers too.
I must tell you a small example of how determined and eager to win Himanshu is. We recently onboarded a new PM in our Pillar and we offered Himanshu to take half his workload away (HCBPM which is arguably the more difficult of the two streams within this project ) by splitting the project responsibilities. Instead of taking that offer, Himanshu said, I’d like to stay on HCBPM as I am learning so much and I am determined to make this project a success. He accepted our offer to have the new PM help him with some technical pieces but Himanshu wanted the responsibility of being the PM for AN 324 and did not want to take the easy way out.
We work in a very fast paced, ever changing, highly demanding area of FIS and ofcourse the rewards are great too – our projects have a direct customer experience and colleague experience impact and we are so proud of the work we do. In order to succeed here, you need to be smart, hardworking, sincere, responsible, extremely good at handling pressure, organized, tactful and most importantly, you have to be willing to keep an open mind to learn and have a positive mindset, be solution driven. Himanshu is all that.
The job isn’t over yet, we have a long way to go, but we are off to a great start with a great PM.

I have seen his grace-under-pressure approach when working under pressing deadlines, with difficult team members, and when unforeseen complications arose during already-trying times. His ability to balance conflicting demands on his time and not lose control of the situation, or of his projects, is one of his most admirable qualities in this role. Even in our most frustrating stretches of a project, Himanshu never failed to sign into our weekly virtual call with encouraging words and a warm demeanor. He is truly a gem to work with and will surely be an asset to any project. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Your tireless efforts and highly organized and efficient working style and contributions have become invaluable to the team. You have become, to a certain extent, the missing link the team had been looking for.
